We offer Medication Review services to our patients
You are eligible for the Medication Review program ( MedsCheck) if you have a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card and if you take three or more prescription medications for chronic conditions.
MedsCheck (In-depth Counselling with Pharmacist)
The MedsCheck program is a thorough review of medications and was designed to alleviate concerns by allowing patients to receive one-on-one counselling appointments with their local pharmacist. The MedsCheck medication review is a free service and it will encourage patients to better understand their medication therapy and help to ensure their medications are taken as prescribed and that patients are getting the most benefit from their medications.
